Shipping Options:
Note: Shipping time is calculated after dispatch.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of placement, however, due to the high demand for our products & quality control procedures this can sometimes take up to 3 business days.
The shipping method varies depending on which is fastest for your location. It takes 5 - 12 business days to ship to the USA/UK/CANADA/AUS/EU and 5 - 15 business days for the rest of the world. We will provide a tracking number when your items have been shipped.
Please note that we are not responsible for any duties or import taxes that you might incur from importing our products into another country.

Delayed Delivery:
In very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected time frame. Unfortunately, we do not have control over customs or any unexpected delays that may occur en route and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur.
Unclaimed Orders:
Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel or change the shipping address as your order might have already been processed.
We are not responsible for any packages lost or returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address.
Customs/Duty Fees:
Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.
